Public Education

Goals

Our goal is to empower our community with the tools and knowledge they need to know in case of a fire or emergency medical service (EMS) related emergency. Fire deaths have dropped steadily over the past decades, and studies have shown that there is a direct link between this and robust public education programs.

The goal of the Fire Department Public Education initiatives is to consistently educate the public with lifesaving strategies that focus on fire prevention and emergency medical services.
